Terms of Service
1.1 Who is selling
NodajiMarket (nodajimarket.com) is an online store operated by Global Piggy Inc. (“GPI”, “we”, “us”), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We purchase works directly from Korean artists and craft studios and sell them to you. We are the seller, not a marketplace that merely connects artists and buyers. Your purchase contract is with GPI.
1.2 What we sell
We sell only original works of art and craft made by living artists themselves. Every work ships with a Certificate of Authenticity bearing a unique serial number, the artist's signature, and GPI's electronic signature. You can verify a work by its serial number at nodajimarket.com. We do not sell works as investments and make no promises about future value or returns.
1.3 Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). At checkout we show the price of the work, shipping, the duties, import taxes and customs fees for your destination country, and shipping insurance, and you pay all of it once. There are no additional charges on delivery. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Your order is complete when payment succeeds and we send you an order confirmation email.
1.4 Availability and cancellation
Each original work is one of a kind. In the rare case that the same work has already sold through another channel, we will refund you in full immediately. You may cancel an order at any time before the work is shipped. Custom orders (calligraphy, seals or engraved pieces made with your name or text) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
1.5 Ownership and copyright
You receive ownership of the physical work. Copyright remains with the artist. You may not reproduce, print, merchandise or commercially exhibit the work. Personal enjoyment, display in your home, and resale are yours to do freely.
1.6 Text in custom orders
We review the name or text you request before production. We do not accept text that belongs to others (song lyrics, poems), trademarks, character names, or abusive or hateful content; such orders are cancelled and refunded.
1.7 Ordering through an AI assistant
You may search for works and receive a checkout link through an AI assistant. Payment is still completed by you on Stripe's checkout page, and these Terms apply in full.
1.8 Limitation of liability
If a work is not as described or is damaged or lost in transit, we will refund or replace it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your order, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
1.9 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Please contact us first at together@globalpiggy.com so we can resolve any issue directly. If we cannot, disputes may be brought in the courts of Ontario or through the consumer dispute process of your place of residence. If you live in the United States, you keep all rights under the consumer protection laws of your state.
1.10 Changes
When we change these Terms we will post the new version and its date on the site. Orders placed before a change remain under the Terms in force at the time.
