Shipping & Duties
2.1 Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada, with the United States, Japan, Australia and New Zealand to follow. Available countries are shown at checkout.
2.2 Duties and taxes are included
The amount you see at checkout includes the duties, import taxes (such as Canadian GST/HST) and customs fees for your country. We pay them on your behalf through our courier. You will not be asked to pay anything when the work arrives. If the actual duties differ from our estimate, we neither charge nor refund the difference.
2.3 Delivery time
Until it is ordered, each work stays in the artist's studio in Korea. After your order, the artist sends the work to our packing partner in Korea (about 5 business days), the partner inspects and packs it and hands it to the courier (about 2 business days), and courier delivery usually takes 5–10 days. Please allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. Custom orders add the production time shown on the product page.
2.4 Packaging and tracking
Every work is double-packed in NodajiMarket packaging with its Certificate of Authenticity enclosed. We email you a tracking number as soon as the work ships.
2.5 Insurance
Every shipment is insured for the value of the work; the premium is included in your checkout total. Damage or loss in transit is covered under Returns & Refunds.
2.6 On delivery
Please check the outside of the box before opening and the work itself after opening. If anything is damaged, email photos to together@globalpiggy.com within 7 days of delivery.
