4.1 Who is responsible
Global Piggy Inc. (Ontario, Canada) is responsible for the personal information collected on nodajimarket.com. Contact: together@globalpiggy.com
4.2 What we collect

4.3 Who we share it with
Only as needed for the purposes below. We never sell personal information.
- Payment: Stripe (payment processing)
- Shipping: our courier and our packing partner in Korea (name, address and contact details needed to ship and clear customs). The Korean partner deletes this information within 30 days of shipment.
- Artists: only the text of custom orders; artists do not receive your name or address.
- Customs authorities: consignee information required by your country's customs
- Legal requests: when required by a court or authority acting lawfully
4.4 Where it is stored
Order data is stored on cloud servers in Canada or the United States. Shipping details are passed temporarily to our partner in Korea. By ordering, you agree that your information is processed across borders as described here.
4.5 How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and consumer law (seven years in Canada). Certificate of Authenticity records are kept indefinitely so that works can always be verified. Newsletter details are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
4.6 Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information (where no legal retention applies) and to stop marketing emails by writing to together@globalpiggy.com. We respond within 30 days. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; U.S. residents may use the process available in their state.
4.7 Marketing email
We send newsletters and artist news only with your consent (in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation), and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
4.8 Cookies
We use cookies needed to run the site and cookies for visitor statistics. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then be limited.
4.9 Minors
NodajiMarket accepts orders only from people 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
4.10 Changes
When this policy changes we will post the new version and its date on the site.
