Terms of Service
In force. These Terms govern your use of this site and any order placed on it. The seller is Global Piggy Inc. (Ontario Corporation No. 1001740679), incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We update this page when the terms change, and the effective date above moves with it.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NodajiMarket storefront at nodajimarket.com and its subdomains (the "Service"), operated by Global Piggy Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (Ontario Corporation No. 1001740679), registered office 22 Hughson Street North, Unit 2808, Hamilton, Ontario L8R0B1, Canada ("GPI", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who you are buying from (Merchant of Record)
GPI is the merchant of record for every purchase on the Service. Your contract of sale is with GPI, not with the maker, instructor or brand whose goods or courses appear on the Service. GPI is responsible to you for payment processing, applicable taxes, delivery of what you ordered, refunds and dispute resolution under these Terms.
Products are supplied to GPI by independent Korean makers, brands and instructors ("Suppliers"). Supplier names and stories are shown for transparency; they do not make the Supplier a party to your purchase contract.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to customers aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm you are 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract. The Service is not directed to residents of the Republic of Korea; orders with a Korean shipping address are not accepted (see §6).
3. Orders by AI agents
You may place orders through an AI assistant or automated agent acting on your behalf. An order placed by your agent using your payment credentials or wallet is your order, with the same effect as if you placed it yourself. You are responsible for the instructions, spending limits and safeguards you give your agent. Quotes issued to agents have a stated expiry; an expired, unpaid quote never results in a charge.
4. Products
(a) Digital courses and content. Purchases of courses grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning, linked to your account or delivery email. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly screen or share access. Access is granted upon payment confirmation ("unlock").
(b) Physical goods. Goods are described as accurately as reasonably possible; minor variations (especially in handmade craft) are natural characteristics, not defects. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address.
(c) Availability by country. Not every product can be sold or shipped to every country. Availability shown for your destination is part of the offer; we may cancel (with full refund) any order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled to your destination.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars unless labelled otherwise. Orders delivered to Canada are charged in Canadian dollars at the fixed exchange rate shown at checkout before you pay; all other orders are charged in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept: major payment cards, including Apple Pay and Google Pay — surfaces on that same card rail rather than separate methods. A payment is complete when confirmed by our payment processor. We never ask you to send funds to any address outside the checkout flow.
6. Shipping destinations and export compliance
We ship from Korea via logistics partners to the destinations listed at checkout. We do not ship to the Republic of Korea. You are responsible for providing an accurate address. For deliveries to the United States and Canada, import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are calculated for your delivery address and included in the total you pay at checkout; nothing is collected on delivery, and we do not bill you after the order. For other destinations, your country’s customs may charge duties and taxes on delivery, payable by you. Checkout states which applies to your address before you pay.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Loyalty programs are separate
The Service does not issue, sell, redeem or accept any loyalty point, token or reward unit. GPI also operates the NodajiFi learning ecosystem (nodajifilabs.com), whose learning rewards are a separate closed-loop program under its own terms: they cannot be purchased or cashed out, and cannot be used, exchanged or credited on this Service in any form. No balance is shared between that program and this Service.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service or its APIs (including automated inventory-locking, quote flooding, or scraping beyond published machine-readable interfaces); attempt to pay with funds you are not authorised to use; use the Service to circumvent sanctions or export laws; or infringe intellectual property. We may cancel orders, suspend accounts or decline service for abuse, suspected fraud, or sanctioned destinations/parties.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, software and marks are owned by GPI or its licensors (including Suppliers). Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights beyond the licence in §4(a).
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act and mandatory laws of your place of residence). Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Please contact support first — most issues are resolved within days: support@nodajimarket.com.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
