Who sells to you, and under what terms.
This page names the seller, states which policies govern an order, and says where each one lives. It is deliberately short — the policies themselves are separate documents, and this page exists so you never have to guess which one applies.
Pre-launch status. NodajiMarket is not yet transacting commercially. The Terms of Service, Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy publish on this page before the first commercial order, together with the completion of the seller's incorporation. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to sell until then.
The seller
Global Piggy Inc. — currently being incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, with its planned place of business in Hamilton, Ontario. This notice is updated on completion of incorporation.
From commercial launch, Global Piggy Inc. is the merchant of record for every order on NodajiMarket: the legal seller, the party named on your receipt, the party that calculates and remits tax, and the party responsible for refunds and disputes.
Product development and Korea-side operations are provided by NodajiFi Labs (Republic of Korea) under contract with Global Piggy Inc. NodajiFi Labs is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase.

Personal information
Personal information collected through this store is handled under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy law. Fulfilment requires transferring delivery details to Korea — that cross-border transfer is disclosed rather than buried, and it will be described in full in the Privacy Policy.

What this store does not do
- No currency or token is issued here. Prices are stated in USD and settled by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay, which are card surfaces rather than separate methods) or in USDC. PayPal is built but not switched on. The store operates no exchange and holds no customer deposit balances.
- The NodajiFi ecosystem's GEM and NDJI are not accepted. They belong to a separate closed system operated by NodajiFi Labs, cannot be bought or cashed out, and have no exchange rate against USD. The two systems share a brand heritage — never a balance.
- No sales inside the Republic of Korea. This store exports; domestic Korean delivery is out of scope.
- Adults only. The marketplace serves buyers aged 18 and over.
